MIDI playback on OSX is broken #285

With the recent change to use an unpatched RtMidi, audio playback no longer works on OSX unless you have an external software synth. Previously, we had a patched version of RtMidi (https://github.com/powertab/rtmidi/commit/a98913b9416659bdecfaaf97f09893896d707729) - we could changing this to be set up as a virtual midi destination through CoreMidi
