When I check the Tuning Dictionary, there are several curious tunings:

double open D Minor = D Minor.

It's the same Tuning with different names. Perhaps a better option is to make an extra column with an alternative name?

tuning dictionary - double open d minor and d minor

Although with some hesitation, I'll make another report for the next issue with the Tuning Dictionary.

Here, in contrast to #114, this is actually a duplicate name/tuning, and if both are legitimate names, maybe something like an alternative name column might make sense, if that's worthwhile.

I'm not even sure how that got there - the Tuning Dictionary was copied from v1.7 aside from adding the 8-string tunings. In v1.7, there is "Cross-Note" and "D Minor" that both have DADFAD tuning.
