I'm encountering issues with SetLinkedRef persistence:

Changes done by SetLinkedRef persist if I reload an earlier savefile without restarting skyrim (Save=>SetLinkedRef=>Load=>linked ref is still there).
Changes done by SetLinkedRef do not persist if skyrim is restarted (SetLinkedRef=>Save=>Restart=>Load=>linked ref is lost).

That was on a tmp actor (0xff...). Not sure if it matters.
