substitute intel library with winston or other log library.

intel library has not been updated for a long time. How about substituting this 'intel' library with winston or other library?

I create issue becasue we maybe have meet legal issue. There are maybe risky when using library with MPL2.0 license. The intel library using MPL2.0 license. How about substituting this library with other library?
