Update French translation on Research Outputs page

The French translation of the Research Outputs page needs to be updated. Translations are in hand for most of the text, but not for dropdown menus. Investigate whether the dropdown menu options are created by us or roadmap or fetched by re3data.

Updated most of the text with info from the Translation team -- will check on the dropdown menus tomorrow!

From the 3.1.0 release notes:

• Licenses are fetched from the SPDX license registry
• Metadata standards come from RDA metadata standards catalog
• Repository names come from re3data

The following are untranslated on the Research Outputs page:

• Initial access level menu
• Initial license menu
• Type menu
• "Description"
• Add a repository > Repository search page
• Add a metadata standard > Metadata standard search page

And on the Project Details page:

• "Research domain" and research domain menu
• "Identifier"

I'm unable to update menu translations via translation.io. When we have additional capacity, we will need to find a way to add French translations for these items even if it means getting a little creative. Good news is that the non-menu translations have been updated and are just awaiting sync.

Repository search results displaying in English are also a problem, but I do not see this being feasible for the team to solve unless re3data provides translations: there are too many repositories for us to translate and the list will update as re3data does.
