PENDING after v3/v4 migration: Alliance email migration

Action plan for alliance email migration.

The following actions will be adjusted and new actions may be added later:

modify DMP Assistant

• change Portage Network organizational details
• change DMP Assisant UI & system settings
• create a new release and notify users via email and in-system notification

modify current mailbox

• set up the Gmail rule to forward all upcoming emails
• copy (or move) current emails from the current to the new mailbox  

modify new mailbox

• create the ticket-creating mechanism for automatically creating tickets in Freshdesk  
• re-create all rules from the current mailbox (spam filter, auto-response, etc)

modify Freshdesk

• change the default email account for login, admin and answering

modify Github, translation.io and all dev-side tools

• change the default email account for login and email address in docs 

modify the Alliance site and public websites

• change email address

modify google drive and publicly accessible google docs (such as admin guide)

• if the current email works as a login account for google drive, we need to replace it with the new google account
• change the email address
