[Feature Request]: Create Translation string

Feature Description

It would be nice if we could wrap a text string into a translatable function

From this

<span>Laraphense</span>

To this

<span>{{ __('Laraphense') }}</span>

with one click

There will be 2 options,

1. get the key from the user, e.g. auth.foo
2. make translation without a key, then we need to add the key into the JSON file(s), maybe there are many keys for different languages,

so updating multiple files can cause issue
