Database version of annotation

We want to know which database version a set of annotations used.

As an variant interpreter, I want to know which version of clinvar this data was annotated with.

An annotation version is applied for a whole index, so we could allow the "update index" page to take in an arbitrary list of versions of databases, these could get added wherever the "index" is stored against (IIRC, it's on the sample) - and then displayed on the UI in some way.
