[BUG] Sound output devices disappear from drop-down list

Cosmic-settings version:
0.1.0173032987924.04~ef051c3 (Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS - COSMIC Alpha 3)

Issue/Bug description:
If German is selected as the language, you have another option in the profile options of Sound which is off. If you select this all options disappear from the drop-down menu.

Steps to reproduce:
Select German as language during installation.
Go to Settings > Sound
Here is another dropdown menu item Aus (Off) which is not displayed in English.
Select Aus (Off) in the Profil (Profile) drop-down menu.
All output devices have disappeared from the drop-down, the drop-down is empty and the sound cannot be turned back on.

Expected behavior:
Keep the output devices in the output device drop-down.

Sound English (3 profile options)

Sound German (4 profile options)
