Network applet design adjustments including multiple adapters #623

The designs for the Network applet have been adjusted to include:

Correct use of widgets, color and spacing variables.
Multiple adapters for wireless and wired connections.
The case for multiple VPN configurations.
Use of the authentication dialog instead of typing the password in the applet itself to avoid accidentally closing the applet while authenticating.
Figma designs.
