Episode 78 - Framework seems to not be updating

I followed along up to episode 78 and everything worked and built successfully. In this episode, I get some build errors in PrimeModal and Counter frameworks with the error on Effect stating Generic type 'Effect' specialized with too few type parameters. It seems like when I save and build the ComposableArchitecture framework locally my changes aren't reflected throughout. Weird that it worked up until now though.
