Unknown command: 'installdb' #7

Hi!
I installed the dependencies mentioned in the readme, then tried "./manage.py installdb". The only thing I get is:

Unknown command: 'installdb'
Type 'manage.py help' for usage.

Are there maybe any other dependencies?

the code is bitrotten and would require porting to current django release
