settings local import in python #5

I did a quick fix for my python version 2.6 in settings.py.

load current dir config file

try:
#from settings_local import *
from locale import *
except ImportError:
import sys
sys.stderr.write('Unable to read settings_local.py\n')

Why I'm using python 2.6 because it's on my Chumby Hacker Board.
May help somebody.
