Add visual feedback when the user jumps to a specific point in the episode

When a have a big mp3 episode and I try to jump to the middle of the episode the player doesn't give much visual clues about what is happening and the time keeps on running.
After a while the podcast manages to do the jump and you can hear it playing again.

I checked on the demo site and the jumps happen instantly. Maybe because of the opus format used.

It is possible to show something on the interface like a loading animation?
