🎯 Aim of the feature

The aim is to rewrite the latest version of CLI for M365 back to common js so we may use the latest commands in SPFx Toolkit.
I already tried that to some extend with v9 but it didn't turn out well and is a total pain

I tired to go about it but due to many changes done in CLI this is a total mess and not worth the effort.
Now we not only need to revert to cjs but also replace fir example prompts with older version or get rid of ZOD which is also not supported.
Either we reduce the scope of CLI to only SPO/teams/onedrive/viva/entra commands or we just wait for esm support
