Admin and Custom Learning Pathway Broken

Hello. I recently came across an issue with our learning pathways deployment where the admin.spx page does not load at all past the white page, and our custom learning pathway throws up a strange error - see screenshots. I've attempted to update the app from V4 but still encountering the issue. Unsure what else can be done, and help would be greatly appreciated.
