Hi,
I meet problem when I read the UKF Tractography paper (Malcolm J G, Shenton M E, Rathi Y. Filtered multitensor tractography[J]. IEEE transactions on medical imaging, 2010, 29(9): 1664-1675.) and use it in Slicer. I would like to know how to save the image of the fiber orientation function of the input diffusion volume in Slicer 3D or command? It is similar to the fODF image, which is “filtered” as shown in the paper. I would like to investigate the difference between SH and filtered on my data. Thank you.
