Possibly Remove function RedrawEditor in editor.c/.h #40

In the file editor.c, the function RedrawEditor has no code in its brackets. The brackets open and close. As far as I can tell, this function does not do anything in the program. Due to this, I think we should remove the function. If I am mistaken about the function doing nothing, I will close this issue.
