Olvid: A nickhandle is all you need to create an account. Olvid communications and metadata are end-to-end encrypted. The application is CSPN certified by the Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information (ANSSI). Olvid offers a free version with a few less features (no voice calls).
