PPP web was hosted on Heroku. They recently shut down their free tier, so yes, you are right, it is no longer accessible.

i can host it on my paid (and long term will-be-there) server if i can be guided how to do it... regular deleting of the files uploaded after some time is a must (which heroku would have been doing by default)
