Add "Not Authorized" State

It would be very helpful to add a "Not Authorized" state and set it as the state by default for all files and hosts, then we would be able to filter for only "not authorized" connections without the authorized or blocked states showing in the list, making the listing more manageable and helping the web admin catch suspicious connections faster.

Another addition could be to add in the settings a switch not to save authorized connections or save only Not authorized connections to the Database, this way the admin could turn this switch on to save DB space.
