Use WordHat fork from johnbillion/wordhat

We use paulgibbs/behat-wordpress-extension that is not maintained anymore. Because of that we ignore Composer PHP requirements on composer install for the tests. There is a fork under https://github.com/johnbillion/wordhat that is, regarding to the readme, a WIP, but we should give it a try if that helps us with the composer dependency.

I'm too unfamiliar with any of these though :/
