Manhattan Plot page not correctly displayed #555

The demo display is off from the beginning web page display. See attached figure. Was using Chrome
Version 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Thanks for pointing this out @pepisito!

The CSS and layout of this app should be fixed now through #548, and this change will be reflected once we update the apps on the Dash Gallery.

I'll close this issue once the apps have been updated.
