Describe the bug

• All elements/icons with excessively light gray on white or gray. Even inactive elements must be visually perceptible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://demo.plone.org/contents

Expected behavior

• Increase contrast to a minimum acceptable.

• Disable/inactive icons must be visually perceptible

• Table header must have a minimum contrast with the grey background

• The current select pagination item must respect the minimum contrast

i've tried fixing the issue and according to my testing it has been fixed in #5314

@pnicolli We need to discuss the content folder issues, maybe with the new one created by you those errors doesn't exist anymore.
