Smooth transition for the tooltip along the visitor chart

Prerequisites

• I have searched open and closed issues to make sure that the feature has not yet been requested.

Feature request

Right now, when moving the cursor over the chart of visitors to the site, the tooltip disappears at the previous location and appears afresh at the new location of the cursor (for the relevant data point of course). This is very jarring and not pleasing to look at. (See attached video 1.)

How would you like it to work
It would be much nicer if the tooltip smoothly transitioned to the current data point the cursor is over. (See attached video 2.)
