Drop Ubuntu 19.04 #18

Apparently Ubuntu 19.04 is “no longer supported” so we should drop support for it here as well.

Yes, we should simply remove it.

I once might rework the Debian Readme and move it one level up. But need to find time for this.

We might also add a hint leading to these Debian source packages built by @pgeorgi: https://github.com/trunkmaster/nextspace/tree/master/Packaging/Debian, see trunkmaster/nextspace#233 (comment)
