FR: Add groups & group un-/folding for custom regex.

With the introduction of custom regex enabling/disabling in the latest release, users can now add quite a lot of regexs that may not be executed every time when linting, so managing them has become an issue, and a basic group and group un-/folding functionality is really necessary.
