Astro Slide Custom Keyboard Shortcuts disable the normal use of primary key assigned

I made a Ctrl+One Key and a Ctrl+Two Key shortcut and the shortcuts work well for opening the apps I assigned to them, however the normal use of the One Key and Two Key no longer work with those shortcuts applied. Such is the reason for typing One and Two instead of the using the number. This applies to shortkeys bound to Ctrl or Alt.
