is there some way I can save a user's comments in a single .html?

I haven't used this in years, to be honest, so I'm not sure what's possible anymore. I fear the source I was pulling from may no longer be working.

well the script still works but it doesn't save images in posts, so sometimes theres dead links when I click hyperlinks.
