Documenting the meaning of numers in DataElementsStaticticsTest

The numbers are counts of different data elements. When new library defines their locally defined fields, these numbers will increase and previous expectations will be outdated, thus this test will fail, which is confusing for developers. See an evidence here: hbz#1 (comment)

Above the documentation the tests should have a message that explaining the meaning of expected numbers.
