As discussed at #202 the major documentation of qa-catalogue and qa-catalogue-web should better be moved to a new qa-catalogue-manual repository because documentation is fragmented and multiplied.

I'm familiar with with booksprints (live meeting for at least 4 hours at two or three days), see https://it-in-bibliotheken.de/mitarbeit.html#arbeitsablauf and with the technical process to build a nice document (quarto) that should work well to generate a perfect document.
