Different format for Death Messages?

Currently, Death Messages are sent as a single sentence including the Channel name, the Count, and a message, as in:

[username] has died [count] times.

and variations therof

In order to make the messages more dynamic, it has been suggested to make all messages in the following format:

Death Count: [count]; [message about deaths here]

Such as:

Death Count: 25; you might want to consider trying harder.
