Currently, a Death Count can only be incremented by 1 AND send a Death Message, or reset entirely.

Allow an arbitrary number to be entered, increment without sending a Death Message, and Decrement.

Keep existing Increment and Send Death Message.

Add Send Current Death Count functionality.
