[Bug]: Hover Effects Not Working on Key Elements

Describe the bug

The hover effects on several key elements of the website are currently not functioning as expected. This includes:

• About link/section
• Guest Book link/section
• Discord link/icon
• Cohort link/section
• Media icons (all of them)

To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the website.
2. Scroll at end of the webpage
3. Move the mouse cursor over the "About," "Guest Book," "Discord," "Cohort" , and social media icons.
4. Observe that no visual change occurs.

Expected behavior

When the user hovers their mouse cursor over these elements, a visual change should occur.

Yes, Even I can see this UI only but the issue mentions a different UI. How to reproduce the issue?
