[Bug]: The Mouse leave effect on the courses section is getting stuck

Describe the bug

The mouse leave effect on the courses section of the webpage is not functioning smoothly. When the cursor moves away from the section, the intended animation or style transition either lags or freezes.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Courses
2. Hover on any course and move the mouse away from the course
3. See error

Expected behavior

When the user moves the mouse away from the course, the visual effect should reverse or transition smoothly back to its original state without delay, lag, or sticking.

This is the courses section I can see after setting up the project which is quite different then what you have mentioned. How do I reproduce the issue? Or am I doing something wrong..
