[Feature] : Missing Hover Effect on profile metadata Sections in footer #1805

Issue
The profile metadata section (e.g., About, Guest Book, Discord, cohort) do not have hover effect.

solution
Adding a hover effect would improve the user experience by providing visual feedback when interacting with these sections.

**Steps to reproduce : **
1. go to user profile page.

      2. Locate the metadata sections: About, Guest Book, discord, cohort.

      3. Hover over these sections.

      4. Observe that there is no visual change on hover.
