Display Dr. Kafka action status in UI #127

Dr. Kafka actions currently don't show if the actions taken by Dr. Kafka have succeeded or not. This will be an extremely useful feature for operations to know if:

  1. Broker replacements command succeeded
  2. Reassignments have succeeded
