After Update 2024.11: Entity does not update

Hi

After updating to Version 2024.11.x the existing entities will not update, if the date is changed manually.
Existing and untouched entities still work.
But if I change the date of an existing entity (e.g. "next vacation"), the "days to go" still refers to the old date (-x days). The new date in the future for this entity is ignored.

The Debug Log shows for config data: {'date': the old date} and for config options: {'date': the new correct date}
But it seems, that the sensor refers to config data with the old date. By reconfiguring the entity, the config data date will not be updated. Only the config option date will be updated.
