Incorrect versioning in file pico.php and config.php.template

I stumbled across a minor issue that irritated me a little. In the current release the file pico.php contains an older version number – 0.8. Also, the file config.php.template has the version 0.9 although the latest release was 0.9.1. Really no big deal, I was just confused for a second if I had the latest version since I downloaded the zip from (picocms.org)[http://picocms.org/] – that was before I saw that the download link referred to the GitHub master branch.
