Is it possible to include a feature in the sync that will allow availability to be set in Outlook besides free/busy? I am interested in getting the option to do Out of Office, Working Elsewhere, Do Not Disturb.
I imagine the feature may look something like a specific tag in the event title or description that the application will identify and retain/create the additional availability types not available in Google calendar.

Meeting ##OOO##, 3pm-5pm in Google would sync from Google to Outlook as an event with Out of Office availability selected.

I'm not too keen on "magic" codes in Google to simulate/drive the availability in Outlook - hardly any users of OGCS would be aware of it, and making it configurable for individual needs would be a lot of work for not much gain.
However, I do note that Google brought in OoO in Feb 2021 as a read-only attribute for its Events. I have no idea how it gets set though, as I can't see an option for it in the web interface. Perhaps it is only a Workspace feature and a feature request to make it read-write is currently being ignored by Google.
FocusTime is also a new event type, but only available for Work/School accounts - I've made a point of matching OGCS' feature set with that of Google's free calendar service...not sure I want to move away from that either.
