There was an error downloading http://releases.ubuntu.com/14.04/ubuntu-14.04-server-amd64.iso: 404 Not Found

http://releases.ubuntu.com/14.04/ seems to promote usage of 14.04.3 instead.

The iso url in ubuntu-12.04-amd64-vbox is also currently a 404
