A month or so ago, Jarvis stopped working and by looking at Adafruit IO, it had a notification that I should be updating the library. I did that and Jarvis started functioning partly. It would trigger the desk to move only on memories 2 and 4 but it would not do anything on 1 & 3. Looking at the Adafruit.io portal, I could see the memories propagating properly from Alexa --> IFTTT --> Adafruit Data Feed but it seems that the connection Adafruit Feed --> ESP8266 was only partly functioning. I wonder if you have experienced anything similar lately.

I didn't see that happen on mine. Do you see the messages being received correctly on the board? You can telnet to the wifi interface to listen in on the debug logs.
