or AppleTV app need to be rebuilt to not need it, look somewhere else for it.

I've added the Apple TV app assets to the static folder.

I'm still using the golang script locally to build the PCHTemplate.xml.js file. We really should update the deployment script to do this on Circle CI. Related: #21
