Yank with yc or yy does not yank

Yanking with yc or yy does not yank the line or selected cells; instead, a pop-up is showing that reads "Link copied":

After pasting, I get a link:

I have tested and reproduced it on Brave Browser and Google Chrome.

I also encountered this problem in Chrome. I disabled all other extensions and it happens with only SheetKeys active. I think this started happening within the last week or two. I just now updated to the latest chrome version available to me which is Version 127.0.6533.100 (Official Build) (x86_64) on 2024-08-06 and it is still happening.

Also just noticed (2024-09-13) that this is a dupe of issue #56
