Most commands don't work with the latest version of Google Sheets #53

Starting yesterday (and perhaps before), I noticed that most commands don't work. This is because the menu items are not instantiated until the top-level menu buttons are clicked.

I've uploaded v0.5 to the Chrome and Firefox stores just now, which should fix this.
