Preferencs menu - Overview Tab - needs updated boiler-plate text

The main website's filter "Access and Inclusion" was changed to "Inclusive Features."

We need to update this boiler-plate content for the Preferences' menu Overview Tab.

Maybe:
Look for the "Inclusive Features" on the simulation filter page to find sims with inclusive features.

Maybe at design meeting we could have a quick check in on changing this text?

In today's website meeting, we determined that the change to the filter page was unintentional. The Main filter group is supposed to be "Access & Inclusion."

Closing this issue because a separate issue has been opened to fix the filter page.
