Cleanup Pattern Description md files

Let's remove a lot of the simple pattern descriptions (sidecar .md files) that only have 2 or 3 variable names and are relatively straight forward so we get a better signal to noise ratio. Also, let's expand on the card pattern description and elaborate on how we can use that flexible component template in different ways. Thanks!
