When supplying an url like domain.com:2222 in the URL/Title field in KeePass it's not filled in on that page, the only way to get it to work is to specify domain.com but this way it's impossible to have different passwords for different applications running on different ports on the same domain.

Is this for passifox or chromeipass?

I don't remember if I can do anything to make it work in passifox, but fixing it for chromeipass is a possibility.

My experience is with chromeipass, so that would be great.

I would second this change on chromeipass, I've got multiple logins on one domain on different ports.

I have about 10 logins on the same domain, but I use passifox.

I am using passifox with the same issue, it looks like keefox had it working, so it should be possible to have it work with passifox, atm I'm going to switch back to keefox, it'd be nice to use a lighter weight plugin though.
