Hi,
Could someone tell me how the error profile is obtained in the model_qc_clr/model_qc_ccs?
I'm a beginner in this field and don't know the specific generation steps to generate the quality profile described in the readme 'Quality profile' part.
And what's the meaning of 'uniform distribution' in the readme: 'For accuracies of 0-59% and 86-100% of CLR read and 0-84% of CCS reads, uniform distributions are used because real PacBio datasets are not sufficiently large.', inside the model_qc_* file, the quality code does not seem to be evenly distributed.
Thank you very much!
