UI Improvements

The verbose and -vv options provide a lot of information. Over the history of lrzip/lrzip-next this output was really more diagnostic in nature than informational. In fact, an argument could be made that there is too much information.

I'm want to rethink output and see if there are ways to improve the info presented and the manner it is shown. Maybe even use virtual windows using ncurses. In any event info classification needs to be updated. Something like Options summary, Progress messages, Diagnostic Messages. Maybe have to add a third verbose option. -vvv.
